This battery is truly plug and play. I use it as a starting battery for a 2015 Yamaha 300 hp 4 stroke. It charged up very quickly and stayed at 97% or more at all times. Achieved my goal of lighter weight, no corrosion due to battery acid, and I believe it will last 10+ years. I believe I have purchased the best batteries available for my needs. I own a total of 4 Epoch batteries and would make the same decision all over again. You will not be disappointed if you buy these batteries.

I finally got out to try my 12v 120ah battery walleye fishing Lake Erie. Compared to the old lead acid (12v 110ah groups 31 68lbs), this thing is a beast! The day was doable but not ideal, we had 17-19mph shifting wind blowing offshore with 1-2 footers. I don't have a kicker, and outboard was shutdown, so the Ipilot was working pretty hard to hold our line trolling parallel with shore. We fished for 4 hours like this and the trip took the battery down to 69%. This is a huge improvement.

I absolutely feel this is the best lithium battery on the market. It’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. I use this battery to crank my 2019 mercury 200 Pro XS outboard motor, run my graphs & livewell. Works perfectly as a cranking battery. No issues working with the mercury alternator. I also ordered the 36v 100ah trolling motor battery. It comes in May 15th. Can’t wait to see how that preforms. Can’t say enough good things about Epoch. You can buy cheaper lithium batteries but remember each battery cell has a rating,”A,B,C”. All the cheaper battery manufacturers use C rated lithium cells. You won’t get the life out of B, C rated cells. Pay a little more for the A rated battery cells. It’s double the cycle life. Don’t be fooled people.

It’s a sweet battery took a charge real good, Love the on and off button and the app. Now I just to have the snow melt so I can get my boat out of storage😔
